Should you brush your dogs teeth? ABSOLUTELY! Oral hygiene is an often-overlooked but important factor in your dog's overall health. If your pup has a toothache or sore gums, he or she may be dealing with pain and stress that you may not even know about. Left untreated, bacteria introduced by the problem can enter the bloodstream and affect his heart, kidneys or liver. Veterinarians report that an estimated 85 percent of dogs over age 4 are suffering from some form of periodontal disease, a painful oral condition that can lead to tooth loss and infection.

Most experts agree that daily brushing is ideal, but if that's unrealistic, aim for three to four times per week. Remember its never too late to start. At Posh pet salon we offer tooth brushing as part of your dogs grooming, So even if you can't muster up the courage to brush fideaux's teeth on your own, we can at least do it for you with your pets regular visits here. And remember to make that appointment with your vet for a good thorough cleaning to get back on track! We love your dog and want the best for them!!!

Remember to Add a Tooth Brushing to your pets next grooming service at Posh Pet Salon ! We LOVE brushing teeth :)
